yes as you know i have password protected my blog.
although its easy to hack yeah. but it can still filter dumb people out of my blog.
people like the asshole who claims hes from vs, though he sounds too nincompoop to be.
so long as he doesnt come here i will be glad.

we watched BEND IT LIKE BECKHAM for training today. haha it was nice. though its my second time watching it. i think happy gilmore would have been nicer.
then we went down for 20minutes to do some swimming. did lactate production, 3 set 50+150. did fly, br, fr. then i saw my brother(yes! my younger brother! denzel the pretzel!) demonstrating the shark-fin drill. just like me, in the morning. i think i suck at those balance drills la, i practically sink, else my legs would fall and my body wont be parallel to the surface or the water. and when i do shark-fin, i would sink until my whole fin-arm is submerged. so much for "most people would sink SLIGHTLY".

my brother is watching madagascar on dvd now. ._.

heard that wendy cheng's blog got hacked into. and the new paper sacked her or what. i dunno lar. but i dont see what so wrong about her..? ive been to her blog many times but i dont see whats so bad about her la. i may be wrong but im stating this from my point of view, if you think im wrong then feel free to enlighten me =)
